Aline Piteres Porto is an Associate in the Contracts and Arbitration team, where she advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of contractual and dispute-resolution matters. Her experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing strategic counsel in the prevention, management, and resolution of complex disputes. She has expertise in arbitration proceedings involving the construction, logistics, and energy industries, in addition to corporate and shareholder-related matters.
