One of the firm’s co-founder, Rafhael Frattari is the head of the Tax Team. He holds over 20 years of experience, with focus on Tax Litigation as well as Indirect and Direct Taxes regulation. In addition, Mr. Frattari advised many firms about corporate reorganization and successfully represented them in litigation cases. Since 2013, he has been recognized for his professional work by Chambers and Partners, which considered Mr. Frattari one of the most influential tax lawyers in Minas Gerais, with clients highlighting him as “highly qualified”. He has also been recognized by Latin Lawyer and Análise 500 Mais Admirados, and was named Lawyer of the Year in 2023 by Best Lawyers in his practice area.
