Pedro Ernesto Rocha is a lawyer and the coordinator of the Consultancy Team of VLF. His practice mainly focuses on Corporate Law Consultancy, including conducting due diligence and mergers & acquisitions processes; coordinating proceedings of commercial registrations; corporate and asset restructuring; and analyzing and developing documentations and projects in the field of Contractual Law and Real Estate Law. In his professional practice, Pedro is transparent, efficient and keep close contact with his clients.
