Leonardo Alves Corrêa

Leonardo Corrêa is an executive partner in the Environmental Law and Sustainable Business area. He has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant and legal auditor in national and multinational companies in the sectors of mining, steel and metallurgy, chemical and petrochemical industry, agriculture and agribusiness, pulp and paper industry, food and beverage industry, logistics, infrastructure and construction. He is an environmental auditor trained by Bureau Veritas. In addition to being a lawyer, he is a professor of Environmental Law and Economic Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He holds a PhD in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, with a research period at the University of Coimbra. He is the author of many articles and books on Environmental Law and Public Law topics in general.
