Fernanda Vidigal is an associate lawyer of the corporate consultancy team. She has professional and academic experience in corporate restructuring operations, corporate consultancy, arbitration, anti-corruption legislation, as well as in civil law.

She holds a master’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, where she also did her LL.B. Besides, she has worked as a Judge’s Assistant at the Court of Appeals of Minas Gerais.
